Personal information is obtained directly from you through enquiry forms, phone calls, emails or dealings at our premises.

Your personal information may be disclosed to company staff and representatives, regulatory authorities including KPKT, law enforcement agencies and professional advisers, to the extent permitted or required by law.

Providing information is voluntary. If the required information is not provided, we may be unable to process your enquiry or application.

6. Rights of Access and Correction

You have the right to request access to your personal information and request corrections if it is inaccurate, incomplete, misleading or out of date. You may also limit the processing of your personal information for certain purposes.
