TENAGA CAPITAL FIVE SDN. BHD. is a licensed community credit company under the Moneylenders Act 1951 [Act 400], regulated by the Ministry of Housing and Local Government (KPKT). This website provides general information and an enquiry channel only.

3. Applications Do Not Guarantee Approval

Submitting an enquiry form does not constitute an offer, agreement or guarantee of approval. All applications are subject to eligibility assessment, supporting documents and repayment ability.

4. Interest Rates and Repayments

The maximum interest rates are 12% per annum for secured loans and 18% per annum for unsecured loans, subject to the Moneylenders Act 1951 [Act 400]. Repayment periods range from 6 to 60 months. The actual rate and period will be stated in the loan agreement before it is signed.

5. Fees and Charges

Any related fees or charges will be explained to the applicant before an agreement is made and are subject to the law and the terms of the agreement.

6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is true, accurate and complete. Providing false information may result in your application being rejected.

7. Intellectual Property
